I am working as an assistant professor in the
Department of Information System being part of Institute of Informatics, Wrocław University of Technology.
Research areas
- Social networks in the Internet and social network analysis.
We have established Social Network Group - a research group that consists of several full time researchers, as well as some Ph.D. and M.Sc. students. Its web page is available here.
In this area we co-operate with some companies: British Telecom, Intelligent Systems Research Centre (ISRC), Research & Engineering Center REC and Telnet. In the past also within The European Network of Excellence Nature-inspired Smart Information Systems, I coordinated its Polish members.
